strat4 (previously “Strategy 4 Earth”) was founded by Kceniya Holmes. Her professional experience in marketing and academia provides a unique insight across business, social and political thought-leadership and culture. Her knowledge from across sectors provides a fresh perspective on how to harness the power of marketing and communication to win hearts and minds. She is committed to systems change for global peace and security, specialising in turning complexity into clear, actionable strategies that inspire transformation and help shape new social realities.
Kceniya is a seasoned grassroots mobiliser and passionate advocate for women’s rights and environmental justice. She founded and led the Leuven Writers Collective in Belgium for four years, organising community-driven initiatives that foster creative expression and activism. Kceniya has been a keynote speaker at Rebellious Muse, the Feminist Art Fest in Amsterdam, and authored and performed Need & Error, a spoken word documentary shared in London and Brussels. An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM), she combines her activism with professional expertise in marketing strategy to amplify world-defining causes.
