Lewes District Green party

Strat4, led by its founder Kceniya Holmes, has been working in partnership with the Lewes District Green Party to strengthen their communications function and amplify their public presence.

Through a collaborative process with the core communications team, we developed a comprehensive strategy designed to enhance both external outreach and internal communication capacity across the organisation.

Our ongoing support includes:

• Strategic Communications Planning – Developing a clear, actionable framework for the committee to coordinate messaging and outreach effectively.

• Press & Media Relations – Drafting and distributing press releases, shaping media narratives, and providing media training to councillors and committee members.

• Social Media Management – Creating engaging, on-brand content to grow visibility and strengthen connections with local communities.

• Event Promotion & Digital Capture – Supporting in-person and online events with live coverage, photography and digital storytelling.

• Internal Communications – Improving communication flows between councillors, members and volunteers to ensure alignment and cohesion.

• Training & Capacity Building – Delivering workshops and bespoke training sessions to build confidence and in-house skills across key communication areas.

Together, these initiatives are helping the Lewes District Green Party build stronger community relationships, communicate with clarity and impact and empower their team to lead with confidence and purpose.
