Dinah Lee Morgan is a local artist based in Lewes, East Sussex specialising in sculpture, painting, drawing and installation pieces. We’ve been supporting Dinah with her recent exhibitions, running her social media, creating assets, updating her website and growing her reach and audience.

We worked with Lewes District Anti-Racism Alliance (LDARA) to support them to secure grant funding and build a website to promote their work and attract new members.

We support Lewes Climate Hub grow its digital presence through strategic storytelling and community‑driven content. From video creation to social channel management, we bring their climate action to life online — connecting people, place and purpose through authentic, engaging communication.

STRAT4 partnered with the Lewes District Green Party to strengthen their communications and outreach. Through strategy development, content creation and targeted training, we helped build internal capacity, enhance public engagement, and create a cohesive, confident communications presence across press social media, and community events.

Our ongoing work spans strategy, planning, execution and digital delivery. We’ve led two campaigns: 1) Touchstones, a 2-year Nature Stewardship Programme, and 2) Wellbeing in Nature, an online course and webinar, growing audience reach and engagement.

Through ongoing strategy, branding, social media and event promotion, we support Suzy to grow her digital presence, resulting in increased visibility, engagement and increased conversions to her in-person and online wellbeing events and courses.

Our work blends strategy, storytelling and visual communication to enhance engagement and clarity. We work closely with its founder, James, to develop effective framing for his think-tank work, such as blindspotting and levers.

Our partnership has supported the Department to strengthen their brand, refresh their digital platforms and build a vibrant online community that amplifies research, events and student engagement.

STRAT4 was tasked with raising awareness for the Community Leaders Course 2025, creating digital and print marketing assets and supporting network building. We led the campaign across social media as well as building mailing lists and affiliates.

As Strategic Advisor, Xena has focused on promoting playshops that foster community-building and learning in times when many of our old certainties and social structures no longer serve us.

We partnered with The Outdoor Teacher to deliver year-round campaigns promoting their online teacher training programs through targeted Facebook ads. We refreshed their branding, streamlined their social media to clearly showcase offerings, and created a diverse content calendar featuring educational insights. We shaped a cohesive brand identity and marketing strategy for Heiko’s ecstatic dance events, elevating his online presence, growing event attendance and establishing him as a leading figure in the regional dance community.

In this case study, we share how we supported musician Lottie Brazier in building her marketing confidence, clarifying her vision and co-developing a sustainable, values-aligned strategy. Through collaborative sessions, templates and ongoing guidance, we helped Lottie understand the foundations of marketing and create a plan that supports her creative journey.

We’ve provided tailored marketing training for Shan’s business, equipping her with the skills and strategies to enhance her brand, engage her audience and achieve growth.

Over the course of a year, we worked with Saturday Night Sweat to shape their online presence, grow their following and promote monthly dance events, successfully attracting new dancers.
