Lewes District Anti-Racism Alliance

STRAT4 has worked with Lewes District Anti-Racism Alliance (LDARA) to support them to secure grant funding and build a website to promote their work and attract new members.

RESEARCH

We provided the pre-award research to LDARA, which led them to secure a grant from the Chalk Cliff Trust to build their website. We investigated and outlined all requirements, budgets and project scopes necessary to secure the grant.

We were conscious to choose a hosting provider that had a good human rights record (good employee reviews on Glassdoor, commitment to diversity, inclusion and equality) as well as commitments to environment and sustainability.

WEB DESIGN

With the secured grant funding we proceeded to create and launch the website within the agreed time period. We worked with LDARA to plan the site's goals, set up a domain and web hosting, design the layout using a website builder and tested before launching to the public.

TRAINING

We provide ongoing training and support to the LDARA team to ensure they can manage their website and produce desired changes and updates.
